Course objectives
The cours is based on the analysis of authentic documents. Students are familiarized with the general principles of written communication and with the formal requirements of business correspondence in French. Creation of the written documents based on their models.

  • 1. Order. 2. Confirmation of the reception of the offer. 3. Delivery. 4. Payment. Confirmation of the reception and payment report. 5. Commercial information. The information request and response. 6. Delay in delivery. Apology, complaint, answer. 7. Claim. 8. Reminder.
