Course objectives
Practical experience with the possibilities of the use of natural materials when working with preschool children in relation to the changes in nature during festivals (traditional and modern). Students will be able to apply theoretical knowledge and experience in the preparation of methodological materials aimed at changing attitudes to nature, the development of motor skills and aesthetic sensitivity in preschool children.
Learning outcomes
Student will be able to: - name and use selected natural material;
- Apply knowledge and skills in practice associated with the use and processing of natural material; - create new ideas (creativity);
- decide and be able to work independently.
Syllabus
  • 1. Introduction, collection and preservation of nature 2. Birds in winter - watching and feeding 3. Valentine's Day - making cards and decorating gifts of nature 4. Spring flowers and their use in interior decoration 5. Easter - both traditional and non-traditional decorations 6. Natural decorations using food 7. Natural decoration of wild flowers
