Course objectives
The aim of the course is to acquaint students with the issue of complex development of articulatory ability of children and adults. At the end of the course, the student will know the conditions of intact articulatory ability, will be further oriented in the system of Czech language sounds and the inclusion of preparatory and preparatory exercises necessary for their intact pronunciation. The student will be acquainted with the key principles and methods of deriving sounds and with the importance of exercises for the development of phonemic hearing, breathing and phonation exercises.
Learning outcomes
- orientation in the practical procedures used in deriving sounds; - orientation in current aids and materials used in deriving sounds; - creation of supporting material for derivation, fixation and automation of sounds.
Syllabus
  • Basic knowledge of phonetics and phonology. Czech language sounds system. Conditions for intact development of articulatory ability. Comprehensive development of articulatory ability of children and adults. Support for intact pronunciation. Development of auditory perception. Support for the pronunciation of I. articulation district sounds. Support for pronunciation of sounds II. articulation district. Support for pronunciation of sounds III. articulation district. Supporting the pronunciation of sounds IV. articulation district. Support for the pronunciation of V. articulation district sounds. Presentation of students' aids - discussion.
