Abstract

Students through hereof subject prepare on its role realization problems sectional subject general educational programmes (school educational programmes) on vocational schools and training centre. The objective of the course is to make students familiar with basic institutes of labour law, employment issues and collective bargaining. It focuses on solving specific problems from the practice.

Learning outcomes

At the end of the course the student will be able to orientate in the field of labor law. Define basic concepts in the field of labor relations between the employee and the employer and will know the basic rules of labor law institutes (working time, holiday entitlement, barriers to work, remuneration, liability), including collective bargaining and dispute resolution in labor law.
