Learning outcomes
At the end of the course, student will be familiar with:
- formation processes of the Quaternary terrestrial deposits;
- anthropogenic deposits;
- terminology;
- methods used for the understanding of Quaternary deposits;
- field methodology.
Syllabus
  • Content of the course is divided into 5 thematic groups:
  • 1 - formation processes of clastic sediments
  • 2 - formation processes of anthropogenic sediments
  • 3 - methodology of field research
  • 4 - methodology of laboratory research
  • 5 - case studies
