Abstract
The course aims to prepare students adequately for the Final Language Study Exam.
Learning outcomes
Output level of language according to CEFR: B2/C1. At the end of this course, students should be able to: Understand a wide range of long and complex texts, implied meanings included; speak and interact spontaneously and fluently; use language in an appropriate manner in academic and professional settings; express a nuanced and complex point of view in a structured manner; master tools of textual organization and cohesion without effort.

Approaches, practices, and methods used in teaching
Seminar-style teaching with active participation and a focus on student interaction, self-correction and peer-evaluation. A maximum of two unexcused absences are permitted, otherwise penalties will apply.

Active participation and attendance are required. A maximum of four unexcused absences are permitted, otherwise penalties will apply. Regular homework in preparation for the seminar. Project-based assessment.
