Course objectives
At the end of the course, students will be able to understand the morphosyntactic characteristics that accompany the main lexical categories and to apply this knowledge to the theoretical description of the Italian language and its use.
Learning outcomes
At the end of the course, students will be able to: - explicitly describe some of the central areas of the morphosyntax of contemporary Italian; - compare the rules prescribed by the grammars with respect to these areas with the uses and choices made by speakers in the neo-standard variety.
