Abstract
The course is focused on practice of simple speech, vocabulary expansion on given topics and an overview of basic Swedish grammar and pronunciation.
Learning outcomes
At the end of this course the student will be able to: use Swedish, both spoken and written, in simple language situations, to understand the basic morphological and syntactic structures, apply basic rules of pronunciation. The level after successful completion of the course according to the European Framework of Reference for Languages: A1
Key topics
Simple texts and discussions related to everyday topics, such as presentation, my day, body and health. Practicing pronunciation and intonation, listening skills, phonetic rules. Basic morphological and syntactic patterns and structures.
