Cílem předmětu je získat teoretické základy překladu a titulkování, práce s programem Subtitle Edit a rozvoj překladatelských dovedností.

  • 27.9. Úvod do problematiky titulkování + workshop v Subtitle Edit 11.10. Úvod do teorie překladu a titulkování krátkých scén z filmů 25.10. Titulkování komediálních scének (Ladykracher) 8.11. Titulkování trailerů 22.11. Titulky k videoklipům 6.12. Volný výběr
Teaching methods (in Czech)
V prvních dvou hodinách se budeme zabývat uvedením do problematiky titulkování a překladu a dále prací s programem Subtitle Edit. Na dalších hodinách se bude formou diskuze rozebírat provedení domácích úkolů: překlad samotný a formální náležitosti titulků (časování, délka, atd.).
