Course objectives
The subject develops (whether contextually or more specifically the point of view) the knowledge potential of students in the field of educational aspects of learning the information society. The aim of the subject is to provide students with interesting and transdisciplinary (eg pedagogically, psychologically or anagragically oriented) themes based on the phenomenon of literacy in the 21st century. Based on critical reading, reflection and work with case studies and professional resources, students will gain a deeper understanding of the different contexts in which we can look at literacy.
Learning outcomes
After completing the course student:
- understand terms that are the educational content of the subject;
- understands the position and importance of literacy in a historical and comparative perspective;
- can search and process information resources dealing with literacy;
- can analytically work with thematic materials;
- is able to conceive a professional text that focuses on literacy with a specific approach and has a publication overlap in the field of practice
