Course objectives
A comparative study of French and Czech, written expression, résumé, essay, culture. The course is divided into two mandatory seminars every week : a lecture with Czech teachers is dedicated to academic writing, the other part is devoted to the "plan de texte" and the "résumé de texte" from texts in French.
Syllabus
  • Along with textbooks, work with authentic texts should not be underestimated: newspaper articles, radio broadcasts and similar audio recordings, video recordings, literary excerpts. In terms of oral expression, emphasis is placed on alertness and range of expression. Special emphasis is devoted to the command of basic written forms such as "résumé", "commentaire" and "rédaction" in terms of individual written expression.
