Course objectives
Main objectives can be summarized as follows: to understand Kierkegaard's categories and concepts for the existential analysis of art, especially of theatre and drama. At the end of the course student should be able to analyze and to interpret similar artistic phenomena.
Learning outcomes
Students will learn and acquire sufficient knowledge for understanding Kierkegaard and his contribution to the modern thinking, together with the current approaches, methods and concepts in use and practice.

Teaching methods
Every lecture requires a previous reading the assigned item of the study literature. After teacher's presentation of the general and particular features of the subject, students are guided to interpretation of the chosen extracts, and class discussions will follow.

General note: Výuka bude zajištěna vždy v souladu s požadavky prevence: buď po skupinách, hybridně nebo distančně s využitím médií.
Information on course enrolment limitations: posluchači bc. estetiky, kteří začali své studium před více než třemi semestry, musí mít splněnu postupovou zkoušku (ESAPZE), jinak si tento předmět nemohou zapsat. Pro ostatní obory není zápis omezen.
