Course objectives
The course focuses on the topic of adaptation and preparation for old age as an important part of age management. The course introduces participants to the different dimensions of ageing. In the course, participants will learn in which areas to prepare for retirement and what an ideal retirement strategy should look like, which is a lifelong process. The course will also cover the role of companies in reintegrating and retaining older workers and in preparing older workers for retirement.
Learning outcomes
Upon completion of the course, the participant will be familiar with the concept of active ageing, including options for preparing for ageing. In addition, the participant will be oriented to the concept of active and successful ageing. Participants will also acquire skills for planning individual activities within the framework of personnel management leading to the promotion of active ageing and retirement.
