Course objectives
The Short Narrative around 1900. Each lecture is devoted to an author and to the analysis of one of his texts. We discuss texts by Ferdinand von Saar, T. Mann, F. Wedekind, Arno Holz, Oskar Panizza, Robert Walser, Eduard von Keyserling, Lous Andreas-Salomé, Max Dauthendey, Hugo von Hofmannsthal, Richard Beer-Hofmann, Arthur Schnitzler and Hermann Broch.
