Course objectives
This subject is the continuation ofcatalan language I. The aim of the subject is for students to achieve the thresold level in catalan language, allowing them thus to achieve a basic level of communication. This subject is complemented with the Conversation seminar II, which is very recommended to be followed simultaneously. Catalan language II works on the 4 communicative skills using multimedia materials.

  • En finalitzar aquest curs l'estudiant hauria de ser capaç de comprendre textos que contenen un llenguatge quotidi o relacionat amb la feina. També es comprenen cartes personals en qu lemissor descriu fets, sentiments i desitjos. Pel que fa a l'expressió escrita els estudiants podran escriure textos senzills sobre temes familiars o dinters personal. També podran escriure cartes personals que descriuen experincies i impressions. L'habilitat oral dels estudiants es caracteritzar per la comprensió de les idees principals dun discurs clar i en llenguatge estndard sobre temes familiars relacionats amb la feina, lescola, el temps lliure, etc. Pel que fa a la televisió i a la rdio, en programes sobre temes actuals o en programes dinters personal o professional, es podran comprendre les idees principals si la dicció es relativament lenta i clara.
