Teaching methods
The course includes lectures and practice (with focus on translating into Czech and Latin and analysis of the Latin clauses). Regular work at home is expected as well as active attendance at the lessons (75%).
Assessment methods
To obtain the credit students have to pass tests written during the semester (they will be at least four). Tests consist of translation from Latin and into Latin. If students fail the tests, they have to pass a final comprehensive test that includes all the topics studied during the semester.
