Course objectives
This course is dedicated to the prosody of Dutch language. Goal is to improve the prosodic skills of the students, esp. speed, rhythm and intonation.
The practical classes consist partly of improvisation exercises borrowed from theater workshops. They are meant to stimulate fantasy and enlarge interaction between players.
These exercises prepare the students for the second part of the classes, in which poems and theatre text are used as a basis.
