- Course objectives
- The main aim of the course is to clarify the importance of Christianity and Christian churches in modern European history (19th and 20th centuries) and analyse the concepts and problems of the relationship of the church and modern society.

- Churches and the big ideologies of 19th century (liberalism, socialism and nationalism)
