Abstract
The aim of this course is to introduce current trends in sport psychology with a focus on understanding theoretical concepts and their practical use.
Learning outcomes
At the end of the course, students will be able to describe basic theoretical knowledge of sport psychology and explain its application in practice. Students will be able to critically evaluate the methods and techniques used in sport psychology.
