- Course objectives
- The aim of the course is to complete what it's explained in Katalánská současná próza, and focus on the Catalan narrative of the postmodernity (from late 60s to nowadays) through a review of short literature nowadays. Kurz si klade za cíl sledovat panorama započaté předmětem Katalánská současná próza a zaměřit se na katalánskou postmodernuě (od konce 60. let do současnosti) prostřednictvím přehledu současné krátké literatury.
- Learning outcomes
- The student must be able to understand the implications of postmodernity in literature and to read independently a book from the period. Student musí být schopen porozumět hlavním důsledkům postmoderny v literatuře a samostatně číst dobové texty.

- 1. The 60s and the "realisme històric".
- 2. Introduction. Postmodernity and the institutionalization of culture.
- 3. The 70s: experimentation, textualism, realists, etc.
- 4. The 80s. Catalan language in scholarization and "normalització": a new generation?
- 5. From the 90s to nowadays. 1. 60. léta "historický realismus".
- 2. Úvod. Postmoderna a institucionalizace kultury.
- 3. 70. léta Reakce na "historický realismus" a hledání "já". Experimentování, realistické způsoby atd.
- 4. 80. léta Význam školství a regulace: nová generace? Váha nových struktur v katalánské literatuře.
