Course objectives
The aim of the course is to show the broader context of digital competences. Based on DigComp, which defines five competency areas within which each citizen should develop. It seeks to show how individual competencies influence and change the information society, and what the impacts may be on their development or on the contrary. At the same time, they are also trying to improve their practical deepening.
Learning outcomes
Student will be able to:
- Define and critically reflect digital competencies
- Work on its own and in the team with the European Reference Framework
- Understanding the relationship between the information society and digital competences
- Engage in the development of digital competences in specific teams
- Use appropriate tools for individual competency circuits

Teaching methods
The course is fully online.
Assessment methods
Students will process the assigned tasks, give feedback to their classmates, and then finish the final assignment and complete an elementary test. Two compulsory questionnaires will be included at the beginning and at the end of the course. These will not be part of the final evaluation.
