Course objectives
The course aims to support the creative potential and inventiveness of students in the implementation of individual group and individual projects and to improve their presentation skills.
Learning outcomes
Individual or group project on selected topics. After completing the course the student is able to: - Clearly define the topic and goal of the project - creatively design individual popularization and didactic activities and materials - present their outputs - give and receive relevant feedback
Syllabus
The content of the course may vary slightly from semester to semester. Society and culture of Catalan-speaking countries, preparation of popularization activities for the public, preparation of materials using AI tools, development of e-learning courses, presentation of preparatory phases and final forms of projects, discussions, feedback.
Teaching methods
During the semester, topics and sub-tasks are assigned, in which students participate individually and in groups. The outputs are gradually presented, discussed and modified into the final form. Students learn to present their projects, give and receive relevant feedback. Full-time sessions in the form of workshops + home individual and group preparation.
Assessment methods
Credit is awarded on the basis of continuous and timely completion of tasks according to the assignment during the semester. Active participation of students is essential.
