Syllabus
  • Isolation of plasmid DNA (alcalic lysis); Isolation of chromosomal DNA; Determination purity and concentration of DNA; Digestion of DNA by restriction endonucleases; Horizontal slab gel electrophoresis of DNA in agarose gels; Construction of restriction endonuclease maps.
