• The Study of Plant Structure: Introduction, Light Microscope - Function and Methods. Replicas for Study by Light Microscope. Whole Mounts of Cleared Preparations. Squash Methods, . Anatomical Methods: Fixation. Dehydration, Infiltration and Embedding. Sectioning. Staining and Mounting. Phase Contrast Microscopy. Fluorescence Microscopy. Documentation: Measurements. Photomicrography. Image Analysis.
