  • Organisation and function of microbial cell. Cell and living cycle. Nutritional requirements of microorganisms. Microbial growth. The effect of environmnet on microbial growth.Energetic metabolism of chemorganotrophs and chemolitotrophs. Energetic metabolism of photosynthetic bacteria. Biosynthesis. Regulation of metabolism. Genetic information. Mutation and mutagens. Genetic recombination in microorganisms. Soil and wather as stand of microorganisms. Types of symbiosis. Microbial diseases. Clasiffication of bacteria, yeasts and moulds.
