Course objectives
Bacterial cell as form existence of living matter. Organization in bacterial cell. Function structures of bacterial cell. Growth of individual cell. Bacterial populations. Growth of bacterial population in static culture. Continuous culture of bacteria. Bacterial metabolism. Energetic metabolism of chemoorganotrophs. Energetic metabolism of chemolithotrophs. Energetic metabolism of photosyntetic bacteria. Biosynthesis of small molecules. Biosynthesis of macromolecules. Regulation mechanisms in bacterial cell. Regulation of some metabolic pathways. Enzymes as represors.

  • Determination of the bacterial proteins.Determination of the bacterial dry-weight.Growth of bacterial population in static culture(plate ,Bioscreen).f growthOne-step growth curve of the polyvalent and virulent staphylopage.Determination of dehydrogenase activity. Preparation of the crude enzymatic preparation (HEP)with high phosphatase activity.Determination of phosphatase activity of living cells and HEP.Kinetics of beta -galaktosidase induction.Oxygen consumption (Oxi-Top).Biodegradation.
