Additional course to basic ecology focused on bienergetic cycles, methods of assessment of biomass and production in ecosystems and bioms.
Syllabus
  • Energetic balance; Water balance; Biogeochemical cycles; Energy flow and productivity of ecosystems - Freshwater ecosystems, - Ocean ecosystems, - Forest ecosystems, - Meadow ecosystem, Agroecosystems and others terrestrial systems; Fytobiomass and productivity of biosphere; Productivity and human nutrition.
