Course objectives

The aim of this course is presentation of invited domestic and international experts in various sub-disciplines of plant ecology and evolution. The course includes six to seven lectures with discussion (together about two hours for each guest lecturer) per semester.

• 20. 10. Libor Ekrt: Novinky a zajímavosti o kapradinách naší květeny aneb co se nedočtete v prvním dílu Květeny ČR
• 3. 11. Vít Grulich: Flóra a vegetace Seychel - dlouhodobá izolace a 250 let vlivu člověka
• 10. 11. Jakub Těšitel: Poloparaziti a paraziti z čeledi Orobanchaceae: od vegetační ekologie k evoluci a fyziologii a zase zpátky
• 24. 11. Petr Sklenář: Evoluční ekologie rostlin jihoamerických parámos
• 1. 12. Filip Kolář: Hadcová a polyploidní evoluce našich chrastavců
