  • Basic cell culture
  • Cell proliferation, differentiation and apoptosis detection methods (growth curves construction, morphology observing, NBT-test, nonspecific esterase detection, Dapi staining of cell DNA, etc.)
  • Applications of flowcytometry, fluorescent and confocal microskopy in a cell culture laboratory
