- Abstract
- Students will learn to work with light microscope, to prepare native sections; to understand the plant cells, tissues and organs structures.
- Key topics
- Plant cell: nucleus, plastids, vacuole, cell wall, cell inclusions, plasmodesms. Types of plant cells and tissues, simple and complex tissues, types of tissues: meristems, epidermal, vascular, ground. Primary structures of vegetative organs: root, stem, leaf (unifacial, bicafical). Secondary structure of root and stem.
