Abstract
At the end of the course students should be able to perform basic methods used in microbiological laboratory (methods of sterile work, inoculation and cultivation, microscopic slides preparation and examination of microorganisms, determination of the number of bacteria in different samples, methods of work with bacteriophage, yeasts and microscopic fungi).

Microorganisms in soil. Inoculation of microscopic fungi. 12. Isolation and microscopic examination of bacteria from soil (cellulolytic bacteria, Azotobacter sp., Clostridium sp.), negative - staining, capsule - staining. Microscopic examination of endospores. 13. Microscopic fungi. 14. Reports, test and microscopic examination/determination of unknown bacterial strain.
