At the end of the course students should be able to: analyse and interpret 1D and 2D NMR spectra; solve the structure of an unknown compound based on the spectral analysis.

  • Interpretation: 1. H-1 NMR spectra. 2. C-13 NMR spectra. 3. APT. 4.+5. 1D NOE and NOESY. 6. COSY. 7. TOCSY. 8. HSQC. 9. HMBC. 10.+11. Set of spectra for one sample. 12. Presentation of group project.
