Course Enrolment Limitations
The course is offered to students of any study field.
Course objectives
The main objectivities of the course are formulation of proper optimality criteria in linear regression models, equivalent representation of some kriteria, iterative determination of the optimal design of experiment, rules for stopping the iterations, optimal design of experiment in special cases, applications.
Syllabus
  • Design of experiment, spectrum of the experiment, information matrix of experiment, linear regression model with an exact design, basic optimality criteria (D - optimality, A - optimality, L - optimality), equivalent optimality criteria, iterative determination of the optimal design of experiment, rules for stopping the iterations. Applications.
