After this eight-days excursion to the Brno surroundings, students should be able to:
identify both common and some rare species of the South Moravian flora;
describe their habitats and ecological requirements;
discuss specific topics of rare plant species conservation. - Syllabus
- The following sites will be visited during eight one-day botanical excursions:
- 1. Brno-Obřany (-Bílovice)

- 3. Brno-Řečkovice, Nature Park Baba
- 4. Moravian Karst
- 5. Tišnov, Květnice Hill
- 6. Pouzdřany,National Nature Reserve Pouzdřanská step

- One-day botanical excursions: plants are shown and its diagnostic characters and ecological requirements described, accompanied by the basic information on the visited sites.
