Master degree examen. After passing the students will receive master degree.
Learning outcomes
The student will be able to answer the questions from three courses of the Master's State Exam, namely Special Anthropobiology, Anthropogenics and Molecular biology and genetics.
Syllabus

  • The subject of Special Anthropobiology summarizes the knowledge of specialized anthropobiological disciplines, which were obtained during the two-year Master's degree course. Course contents Bi8620 Human Evolution, Bi5201 Human Osteology, Bi7123 Clinical Anthropology, Bi9121 Dietary anthropology, Bi7360 Methodological approaches in historical anthropology, Bi8145 Dental anthropology
  • The subject Anthropogenetics summarizes the knowledge of relevant areas of anthropogenetics acquired during the two-year Master's degree course, including interdisciplinary and application intersections. Course contents Bi8270 Variability of human population, Bi6290 Human paleogenetics, Bi7250 Medical genetics and genetic counseling, Bi0124 Forensic genetics, Bi5130 Introduction to human aDNA studies, Bi6126 Laboratory sampling for aDNA analysis.
  • The subject of Molecular Biology and Genetics summarizes the knowledge of relevant areas of molecular biology and genetics acquired during the two-year master's degree course, including interdisciplinary overlaps. The content of this course is covered mainly by the Bi7090 Molecular biology of eukaryotes, Bi9325 Human molecular genetics, Bi7820 Population genetics, Bi0580 Developmental genetics.
