- Abstract
- Through a scientific project to learn methods of vegetation survey from planning and own field data collection to sample processing, and to prepare data for analysis in the subject Geobotanical Project 2.

- Students will be able to:

- Teacher's information
- In 2024, the field part of the course will probably be devoted to vegetation resurvey in some area of southern Europe to describe changes in its diversity over time as part of the international project Biodiversa+ MOTIVATE. We will agree on the fieldwork dates according to the time availability of the enrolled students.
It is assumed that the graduates of this course will enrol in the course Geobotanical Project 2 in the following autumn semester, where we will identify herbarium specimens, analyze data obtained in the field and write a research article.
