For this week's mediation task, please follow the instructions below:

1. Come at the assigned time.

2. Read the article once (5 min) to identify its purpose and main idea. Then, reread it in more detail and take notes (10 mins).  You can do a mindmap or any other format that works for you. You are allowed to look up words or concepts. Finally, review your notes and think about how best to organize and mediate them to your colleagues (5 min). 

3. You will have approximately 3 mins to mediate the content of your article. Start with the purpose and main idea of the article, and then move on to the other key points. 

4. It is important that you do not use the language of the original text but paraphrase and explain.
