On class one we wrote the midterm. On class two we covered the interaction of two producers: the Bertrand price competition and Cournot quantity competition. We showed how outcomes of both games differ also from those under the monopoly and perfect competition. We further considered the prisoner's dilemma game and showed how the equilibrium in the one-shot game may change when the game is played repeatedly.
