Internships at the Pulmonary Department
last 1 week. On the first day of the internship, there will be an introductory
class with instructions. Schedules (timetables with instructions) will be given
to you and you will be divided into smaller groups (usually 4-5 students in a
group). The lessons are divided into a part of exercises (practical learning)
and seminars. Another part of the internship will take place at SIMU.
The exercises and
seminars will take place at our Pulmonary Department. We will start at 7.45
o'clock in the seminar room (building E, ground floor, next to the Pulmonary Function
Department). Exercises take place from 8-11 am, seminars take place from 11 am -12.20
pm. It is necessary to have respirators (FFP2), stethoscopes, medical coats. One
of you has to pick up the cloakroom key at the secretary office (Mr.Tichá). You
will be asked to show your ISIC card, sign a document and will be responsible
for the key for the whole week.
Before you
attend the exercise in Pneumology you have to study the prelearning (chapter 2
in the Interactive syllabus - 4 subsections in total).
In chapter 3,
you will find the test in the ROPOT of IS MUNI. This test is MANDATORY. It serves
