Description:
The course examines the recent evolutions and trends of EU company law.
After a general introduction on the institutional framework concerning the
actors involved in EU company law, the course investigates several topics and
initiatives that are currently under discussion. A basic knowledge of national
and European company law, even if not strictly required, is highly recommended.
Methods of evaluation:
Grades
(i.e. either pass or fail) will be based on and interactive multiple-choice
examination during the final session, using a game-based learning platform.
Readings:
This course is entirely organized around the materials that will be made
available. You are expected to come to class prepared if you want to maximise
how much you learn in the course.
