- Cíle předmětu
- Over 3 weeks students will attend a total of 42 hours of classes (4 hours every morning, 4 days a week) as well as go on relevant site visits such as:
- the Ombudsman’s office;
- the Constitutional Court;
- the Office for International Protection of Children;
- the Open Society Institute;
- or the United Nations office in Vienna;
Subjects studied in class will cover areas such as:
- Introduction to EU-Law;
- The Protection of Human Rights in European Area: Selected Case Law of European Court of Human Rights;
- European and International Protection of Children;
- EU – An area of Freedom, Security and Justice: The International Private Law
Classes will require some pre-reading and students are expect to complete some assessments as part of the program. - Osnova

- Essay (5 pages): 45% (due on 28 Feb) - In-class participation: 10%
The threshold to pass is 55 points of 100 possible. The grade scale is as follows: A 82-100, B 75-81, C 68-74, D 61-67, E 55-60, F 0-5 - Vyučovací jazyk
