- Advanced HRM course focuses on an in depth analysis of employee skills, behavior and motivation. Further, the course focouses on redefining organizational success to include intangible parameters such as its internal processes, its knowledge and learning ability which would increase empleyee motivation and performance. Lastly, since empleyee mobility is ever increasing, this course analyses how an employee's nationality ocntributes to his/her behaviour at work.
At the end of the course, students will be able to:
understand and explain key concepts of HRM;
design and implement competency models in organizations;
use appropriate ability tests, personality questionnaires & other assessment techniques;
understand factors influencing the choice of assessment tools;
understand and implement the 360 Degree Feedback model;
understand and implement Total Performance Scorecard model;
diagnose implicit & explicit cultural aspects in organizations. - Osnova

- Metody hodnocení
- 1. Successful completion of class exercises: these would include case study analysis, discussion & business role plays 2. Final Written Exam of 1 hour: This would include a mix of multiple choice questions (choosing one right answer from 3-4 possibilities) & questions where some brief explanation or definition may be necessary.
