- Course objectives
- The main goals of the educational process involve: - the improvement of the locomotive abilities and fitness - the impact on the positive approach towards sports activities considered as the protection against conflicts, civilization diseases and stress - the support of students healthy lifestyle The course is geared for the beginners who want to start jogging as well as to the advanced who want to continue training. The course contains jogging at a restful and medium pace. The lessons always start at the Canoeing Centre of MU and run in the surrounding areas.
