Cíle předmětu
The summer school is developed to provide students from universities with a cross-cultural learning experience. The program provides an opportunity for undergraduate and also for Ph.D. students to learn about the field of Kinesiology. Students will explore the exercise-related concepts in classrooms, laboratories and through field trips.
Výstupy z učení
1. to acquire information in field of assessment of human performance, kinesiotherapy regeneration and nutrition in sport
2. to enhance practical skills with Laboratory assessment of human performance
3. to identify fitness needs and provide an individualized exercise prescription
4. to acquire the ability to analyze the physiology parameters during the performance of the top athlete taking into account the specifics of individual sports disciplines
5. to analyse the athlete's movement skills and decide on an adequate approach to kinesiotherapy as a preventive and regenerative program
6. to understand the possibilities of using psychomotor activities and games for people with special needs
7. to define the role of dietary supplements in human nutrition
8. to apply massage therapy specifically for sport and rehabilitation as you learn to integrate techniques and mind/body concepts
9. to integrate techniques and mind/body concepts
