Course objectives
Learning outcomes is to apply acquired theoretical knowledge to clinical practice, make students familiar with the work of physiotherapist in professional medical workplaces. Students participate actively in diagnostic-therapeutic procesess in patients, work under professional supervision of physiotherapist.
Learning outcomes
Students will be able to:
- work as a member of a medical team in a medical facility;
- practical application of basic diagnostic-therapeutic procedures in rehabilitation treatment in patients in inpatient health facilities;
- reflecting on the short and long term goals of therapy.
They will become familiar with the operation and specifics of medical facilities (hospitals).
Syllabus
  • The summer course consists of 4 weeks practice in range of 210 lessons (160 hours). The practice takes place at agreed hospitals.
  • 01. History of patinents.
  • 02. Diagnostic methods.
  • 03. Rehabilitation and kineziotherapy.
Teaching methods
Continuous clinical practice in hospitals.
Assessment methods
Course completed with credit. All organizational information is available in the interactive course outline. The student must submit all necessary documents to the Agenda in IS MU.
