- Abstract
The aim of the course is to introduce students to, and train them in, practical approaches, programs, methods, and techniques in the field of leisure-time education, with a primary focus on teambuilding. Students will learn to design a teambuilding program for a specific target group based on defined criteria.
The course is oriented toward experiential education methods and nature‑based learning. Students independently lead activity blocks, develop methodological materials, and produce reflective outputs within experiential education frameworks aimed at both outdoor and indoor team‑training environments.
- Learning outcomes
By the end of this course, the student will be able to:
- navigate current methods and techniques in the field of leisure‑time pedagogy, experiential education, and experiential learning;
- work effectively with group dynamics, cohesion, and the atmosphere of a selected client group;
- describe and design a teambuilding program based on specified criteria;
- provide feedback on the behaviour of individual team members during team activities and games, based on participant observation;
- provide feedback to the creators of the teambuilding program;
- collaboratively solve assigned tasks and problems within a group;
- understand the advantages and limitations of education in the field of teambuilding.
