Course objectives
The main objective of the training:

- Improving the level of movement skills, coordination, learning to relax the body, stress relief in everyday life, meditation in movement

- promoting a healthy lifestyle for students
- warm-up and practice of basic Tai-chi postures, basic exercises for developing vital body energy (Qi)
Learning outcomes
Upon completion of the course, the student will be able to: - know the theoretical principles of Tai-chi - practice basic Tai-chi postures and routines, meditate in motion, - relax the body - effectively relieve stress in everyday life

It is advisable to wear comfortable loose fitting clothing that does not impede movement and sneakers, exercise shoes with flat soft soles for the hall. Do not wear things that are too constricting or tight around the body.
