Na cvičení je vhodné mít pohodlný volný oděv nejlépe z přírodního materiálu. Doporučuji dlouhý rukáv i nohavice a tenisky. Zejména pro začáteníka v práci s vnitřní vitální energií čchi je téměř nutné pravidelné nejlépe každodenní cvičení alespoň po dobu 30 minut v jednom bloku nejméně však cvičení každý třetí den... je velmi vhodné číst alespoň webovou stránku obsahující info týkající se předmětu
