Course objectives
The main goals of the educational process involve: - harmonizing of the locomotory, releasing muscles and joints, reducing stress and mental tension,
- improving the level of the physical skills and physical level,
- influencing positive attitude to physical activity,
- promoting a healthy lifestyle for students and improving their quality of life.
Learning outcomes
After completion of the course the student will be able to:
- improve his / her movement skills, posture and achieve better mobilization of his / her own movement apparatus,
- make better use of your breathing,
- know the basics of yoga therapy
Syllabus
  • -recognition of basic principles of yoga therapy,
  • -the basics of breathing exercises,
  • - training and acquisition of free non-violent movements of joints and spine in their natural, functional and anatomical range. use of rehabilitation aids - rollers - foam rollers, fascial balls, thera hedgehogs, spears, etc.
