- Abstract
- The main goals of the educational process involve: - the improvement of the locomotive abilities and fitness - the impact on the positive approach towards sports activities considered as the protection against conflicts, civilization diseases and stress - the support of students healthy lifestyle Course is divided to two parts - theorethicl and practise. t the end of the course, students should be ble to use basic freediving technique as well as SCUBA diving. In practise part will develop diving with diving mask, fins and snorkel, how to move in water effectively. Also security procedures is practise largely. After course finishing can students continue to earn international diving licence for scuba diving to depth of 18m OWD on payment.

- kinds and using of ABC (diving mask, fins and snorkel)

- stretching nd breathing technique for breath hold
- training static and dynamic apnea discipline (swimming on distance with fins and staying underwater on one breath (2minutes is minimum) etc.
